At Gbrhazi, we are committed to delivering high-quality design services and ensuring client satisfaction. Because our services involve custom creative work and time investment, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

Service Cancellation

You may request to cancel your project before work has begun. If payment has already been made and no work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on any administrative costs incurred.

Once work has commenced, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of the project.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

The project has not yet started.
We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service.
Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before substantial work has been completed.

Refunds are generally not available for:

Completed design work or delivered digital files.
Projects that have been approved by the client.
Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information or feedback.
Change of mind after work has commenced.

Revision Policy

Client satisfaction is important to us. Most of our design services include a reasonable number of revisions as specified in your project agreement or quotation. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
